Service Description

Esamatic offers personalized paths to obtain Microsoft certifications through training assisted by certified tutors, exclusive study materials, vouchers for official exams, and ongoing support until the exams are passed.

Registration and Personal Data

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including first name, last name, email, phone number, and current role.

Payments and Subscriptions

The service includes a three-day free trial period, after which a monthly subscription of €97 per month will be activated, payable via Stripe with credit/debit cards or Google Pay. The subscription can be canceled at any time.

The free voucher is provided upon completion of the training path and subject to administrator approval.

Support and Guarantee

Continuous support until the exam is passed, with free assistance in case of failure.

Modifications and Limitations

The chosen certification can only be modified by an administrator. Esamatic may update the service and content at any time.

User Responsibility

Users must use the materials exclusively for personal educational purposes, without unauthorized distribution.

Cancellation and Refund

The subscription can be canceled at any time through the personal account. Refunds are not provided for periods already paid.

Privacy Policy
